Orders

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay, and payments through Shop Pay. Please note, you can only use one form of payment per order.

Sales Tax is dependent on the State that you are buying from. Once you provide your shipping address during checkout, we will automatically calculate the sales tax (if applicable).

You will be charged the moment you place your order.

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $70 USD.

For international orders, shipping rates will vary according to the carrier, taking into account weight, distance, tax and duties. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled (shipped out), you will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking information.

All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed. And depending on the shipping method you choose you could receive your order in 2 business days or in 5 to 8 business days.

All international shipping can take, after fulfillment, from 3 to 21 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

For multiple-product orders, we may split your order into multiple shipments that will not necessarily arrive together. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

What shipping carriers do your work with?

All of our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Some of our products are delicate, and despite our best efforts to send them in a packaging, there might be cases where you receive a product that has been damaged en route.

Amae Incense will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Amae will not be responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to errors will be the customer's responsibility.

Yes, but please note that holiday seasons may require additional processing time due to increased order volume.

Returns/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check our refund policy page for more information.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
